Building on a track record as an entrepreneurial executive in emerging-growth tech companies, Richard helps companies plan, develop and implement their commercialization and business development strategies. These services include helping growth stage companies identify their markets, build their product plans, find their product-market fit, and develop their go-to-market strategies. Richard can also help build initial sales pipelines and advise on how to raise non-dilutive financing from government and non-for-profit sources. He has mentored early stage companies, and has written business plans to raise capital – in both public and private markets. He has successfully managed teams that have helped legacy industries adopt innovative technology and has led groups that have generated revenue, expanded markets and developed business opportunities on a global basis.
